Particular conditions

  • Some of the masts you see for sale on the website will be in stock, in which case the delivery time will be 1-2 days depending on the shipping company. Those not in stock can still be purchased and will be ordered from the distributor; in this case, please allow an average waiting time of 1 week.
  • Customized orders, made according to the customer's specifications, are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
    Therefore, these orders are not eligible for return, cancellation or refund once the manufacturing process has begun.
  • Once the legal withdrawal period of 14 days has expired, the company may voluntarily and at its discretion accept returns up to a maximum of 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.
    To be accepted, the return must be authorized in writing by the company beforehand. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and with all its original accessories and packaging.
    The company reserves the right to refuse any return requested outside the withdrawal period if the item does not meet these conditions or if it has not been previously authorized.
  • The deadlines may be extended depending on the origin of the pieces.
  • The deadlines may be extended at any time due to parts supply, force majeure or project needs; whatever the case may be, the client will be informed of it.
  • Payment for custom order body products or custom work and custom order mast is 50% at the start of the project and the remaining 50% prior to shipment of the merchandise.
  • Customers can provide the parts they deem necessary for their project and not order them all from Bad Dog Relic Guitars.
  • Professional assembly and a high level of final quality are only guaranteed when the parts meet the minimum quality parameters in terms of measurements; that is, parts that do not meet the manufacturer's standard measurements do not guarantee optimal and quality assembly.
  • All prices include 21% VAT.
  • IMPORTANT: Cancellation Policy: For personalized or custom orders, in case of cancellation after payment, a cancellation fee of 20% of the amount paid will be applied, due to associated costs.

  • Return and Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

  • Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without needing to provide a reason within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.

2. Procedure for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). It is recommended that the customer use the standard withdrawal form, although its use is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

  • In the event of withdrawal by the customer, all payments received, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered), will be refunded without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract.

4. Return Procedure

  • - **Return Period**: The customer must return or deliver the goods directly without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which he communicates his decision to withdraw from the contract.
  • - **Product Conditions**: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging. Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • - **Documentation**: It is important to include a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase with the return.

5. Return Costs

  • - **Responsibility for Costs**: Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the customer will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • - **Exceptions**: In the case of defective or incorrect products, the store will assume the return shipping costs.

6. Refund

  • - **Refund Process**: The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no expenses will be incurred as a result of the refund.
  • - **Refund Period**: The store will issue the refund without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until the customer has provided proof of return of the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

  • The right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts relating to:
  • - The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
  • - The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • - The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
  • - The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer programs which have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
