Particular conditions
- The masts that you see for sale on the website, some will be in stock, in which case the delivery time will be 1-2 days depending on the transport company. Those that are not in stock can still be purchased and ordered from the distributor, in this case we should count on a period of 1 week as the average waiting time.
- Custom orders will not be returned unless the product is defective or malfunctions.
- Delivery times may be extended depending on the origin of the parts.
- Delivery times may be extended at any time due to parts supply, force majeure or project needs; in any case, the client will be informed of this.
- Payment for custom order body products or custom work and custom order neck is 50% at the start of the project and the remaining 50% prior to shipping the merchandise.
- Customers will be able to contribute the pieces they consider for their project and not order them all from Bad Dog Relic Guitars.
- Professional assembly and a high final quality level are only guaranteed when the parts meet the minimum quality parameters in terms of measurements. In other words, parts that do not meet the manufacturer's standard measurements do not guarantee optimal, quality assembly.
- All prices include 21% VAT.
> Cancellation policy: For custom orders, in case of cancellation after payment, a cancellation fee of 20% of the amount paid will be applied, due to associated costs.
Return and Withdrawal Policy
#### 1. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
#### 2. Procedure for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). It is recommended that the customer use the standard withdrawal form, although its use is not mandatory.
#### 3. Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal by the customer, all payments received will be refunded, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method offered) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract.

- The supply of goods made according to the consumer and user's specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
- The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.

### 30 Day Return Policy
