Particular conditions

  • Some of the masts you see for sale on the website will be in stock, in which case the delivery time will be 1-2 days depending on the shipping company. Those not in stock can still be purchased and ordered from the distributor. In this case, please allow an average of 1 week.
  • Custom orders will not be returned unless the product is defective or malfunctions occur.
  • Delivery times may be extended depending on the origin of the parts.
  • Delivery times may be extended at any time due to parts supply, force majeure, or project requirements; in any case, the client will be informed accordingly.
  • Payment for custom-order body products or custom work and custom-order masts is 50% at the start of the project and the remaining 50% prior to shipment of the merchandise.
  • Customers can contribute the pieces they want for their project and not order them all from Bad Dog Relic Guitars.
  • Professional assembly and a high level of final quality are only guaranteed when the parts meet minimum quality parameters in terms of dimensions. In other words, parts that do not meet the manufacturer's standard dimensions do not guarantee optimal, high-quality assembly.
  • All prices include 21% VAT.
IMPORTANT: Cancellation Policy: For custom orders, if cancelled after payment, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied due to associated costs.

Return and Withdrawal Policy

#### 1. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without justification within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

#### 2. Procedure for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us of their decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). The customer is recommended to use the standard withdrawal form, although its use is not mandatory.

#### 3. Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal by the customer, all payments received will be refunded, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract.

- **Return Period**: The customer must return or deliver the goods directly without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which they communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract.
- **Product Conditions**: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and original packaging. Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a full refund.
- **Documentation**: It is important to include a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase with the return.

- **Cost Responsibility**: Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the customer will assume the direct cost of returning the goods.
- **Exceptions**: In the case of defective or incorrect products, the store will assume the return costs.

- **Refund Process**: The refund will be issued using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
- **Refund Period**: The store will refund the customer without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever is met first.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts that refer to:
- The supply of goods made according to the consumer and user's specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
- The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer software that has been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
